Why taking the time & doing the work to heal is the best way
You probably have heard the saying "Time heals all wounds". Although this sounds nice, the reality is time does not heal all wounds.
Especially when it comes to betrayal. This is because betrayal erodes your ability to trust yourself. It destroys your sense of emotional safety by turning your world upside down. You lose your emotional security.
Without the ability to trust yourself, you can't trust those around you. You can't move forward and create a healthy and happy future when you don't feel emotionally safe and secure within yourself.
So while time does help, you need to do more than simply check off days on a calendar to confidently heal from betrayal.
You have to do the work to heal. You have to walk your healing journey and intentionally put the pieces of your life, and your heart, back together.
When you take the time to do this you create trust in yourself, you rebuild your confidence and you bloom after betrayal.

The Fire Lilly Collective is for divorced women looking to heal from the emotional trauma of betrayal.
The program is 3 months long. The content is divided into three parts with a total of 12 modules. There are weekly "assignments" given to help apply the material.
There are weekly coaching calls where you bring any questions, roadblocks or struggles and receive 1:1 coaching to work through them.
We will schedule a weekly time that works for you and meet virtually once each week. You will be given a zoom link after registration.
You will be emailed the modules on a weekly basis and have lifetime access to them.
You can pay a monthly rate of $397 for three months.
