I did 6 life coach sessions with Gina from April-May of 2020. As a single mom, living in New York during a time of statewide and worldwide crisis, I found her help invaluable. She helped me cope and stay sane while being locked down and quarantined with three boys and not being able to work. I was wrestling with so many issues-online schooling for my kids, lack of income, isolation, fear. Her methods of dissecting my way of looking at a situation and reframing it in my mind got me through some of the hardest situations I have ever faced. I can not recommend her enough.
I have had a few meetings now with Gina and along with being amazingly sweet and easy to talk to she is also extremely skilled at what she does. She has helped me see some things that I am doing that I didn't even realize I was doing. I feel like I can make the changes I need to. She is positive and encouraging and I feel very motivated and excited to make changes in my thinking. I am so grateful for her help!!
I feel so lucky I got to work with Gina for the past 6 weeks. I’ve known the importance of being aware of my thoughts but she helped me not to see it as “hard work”.
I absolutely love the model she showed me and now I try to use it almost every day. It definitely helps me see things differently and makes me find solutions rather than complaining. I still have my model we created for my work printed out on my desk and since then my work actually became a lot less stressful. I have no idea why I didn’t think of some solutions before instead of just complaining.
